Our mission
"Wise Warrior" is an innovative therapy approach designed to address conditions such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. This unique therapy method employs exercise as a means to teach Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) techniques. Through carefully crafted exercise routines, Wise Warrior aims to help individuals balance their nervous system and regulate their emotions.
DBT is a form of cognitive-behavioral therapy that emphasizes mindfulness, emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance. EMDR, on the other hand, is a therapy technique used to process and heal traumatic memories. Wise Warrior integrates these therapeutic approaches into physical activities to promote emotional well-being and mental health.

Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, or other mental health issues, the goal is to equip you with the skills necessary to face these difficulties and emerge stronger and more capable.
